Variable Pivot Range

All Mark 1 and Mark 2 Pivot Pegz® are designed to receive a simple yet extremely useful component called a Pivot Limiter. Pivot Limiters are unique to Pivot Pegz® and are available in pairs and are designed to allow the rider to customise the amount (range) of forward pivot in order to suit different riding styles and terrain.

When a Pivot Limiter is fitted to Pivot Pegz® it results in a default setting of zero degrees forward pivot. The amount of forward pivot can then be customized to exactly suit individual requirements.

By removing material from the Striking Surface(5c) of the Pivot Limiter the user can acquire a forward pivot setting of between 1 to 20 degrees. This functionality allows the user to customize the amount of forward pivot to suit specific track conditions. The user can then keep a number of customized Pivot Limiters on hand and ‘dial in’ their Pivot Pegz® to suit their exact requirements.
